Our latest above. collection is a tongue-in-cheek look at the way we arrange our outfits. It’s a play on the defined categories of clothing and is designed to induce a second look, if only to decipher where one piece stops and another starts. The collection pushes the above. iconography of splitting apart into new territory where layers are extracted, expanded, reconfigured and flattened.
In collaboration with Matthew Adey from House of Vnholy, we created a show that occupied the space between a runway and a performance for Offsite Runway, a part of the 2013 Cultural Program of the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival.
With special thanks to all those who collaborated to create something special, Robert Jordan for music, Candice September for Hair and Makeup, all of our performers, Shebeen for the venue and support, Jonas Marnell for photography, soleDevotion for shoes, Remie and Freyja for all their help in the lead up to the event and everyone who bought a ticket and came along.
